Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Supervisor to join our dynamic team in our BPO company. The Finance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial operations, coordinating with clients, and leading a team of finance professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
- Financial Operations Management:
- Supervise day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data flow and reporting.
- Client Coordination:
- Serve as a point of contact for client finance teams, addressing inquiries, providing reports, and ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial requirements, resolve issues, and maintain a positive working relationship.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Set clear expectations and goals for the team, monitoring their progress and ensuring high-quality work output.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts, presenting insights and recommendations to management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction in financial operations.
- Implement best practices and technological solutions to streamline workflows.
- Budget Management:
- Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, tracking expenses, and variances.
- Provide insights to management on financial performance and areas for optimization.
- Audit and Compliance:
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with financial controls and regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., ACCA, CMA) is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in finance roles, with at least [3 years] in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, processes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

- Experience in BPO or outsourcing industry is preferred.
