As an MTO in the Human Resources department, you will receive comprehensive training covering various aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. This role is designed to empower professionals in HR and equip them with the necessary skills to excel in the HR domain.
Learn and assist in the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
Collaborate with HR business partners to understand their workforce needs and assist in workforce planning activities.
Gain exposure to employee onboarding processes and ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
Support HR-related communication, including preparing newsletters, announcements, and company-wide updates. Learn about performance management systems and assist in the performance appraisal process.
Understand HR compliance and contribute to efforts in ensuring legal and regulatory adherence.
Assist in HR analytics and reporting, generating insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Gain knowledge of various HR software systems and contribute to data management and system maintenance.
Learn about employee relations and support in handling employee inquiries and grievances.
Participate in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives to gain a holistic understanding of HR’s role in the organization.
Job Timings and Transportation
This position has evening shift timings from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (PST). We value work-life balance and provide a safe and convenient transportation service, offering pick-up and drop-off for female employees during these hours.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3-6 months of relevant experience are eligible to apply. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources and building a comprehensive understanding of HR functions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
