ZUE Pvt Ltd looking for Customer Service Representatives that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Job Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills with a British or neutral accent and continuous Flow.
• Must be able to work in the night/rotational shifts.
• Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in the BPO industry is mandatory.
• Must be dependable.
• Team player and excited about growing and learning in a challenging environment.
• Must be a cool and responsible person with a focus on delivering results.

Job Timings and Transportation

This position has evening shift timings from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (PST). We value work-life balance and provide a safe and convenient transportation service, offering pick-up and drop-off for female employees during these hours.

Salary:

Rs40,000.00 – Rs75,000.00 per month
